I'm obsessed with this scene! It's the perfect beat to capture Elio's attraction when he's watching Oliver dancing. Oliver looks so sexy when he jumps and grabs his hair. I felt I was in Elio's shoes and my heart was pounding lol. And yes Oliver looks out of step with the beat and even a little faster, but that is why the scene is so good because it captures a person having fun regardless of the environment. If you want to know what real fun looks like, go out dancing and look for the loner on the dance floor with eyes closed and hands up. Doesn't matter if he/she knows how to dance. Even when his moves look funny you can rest assured he's having a blast. Those are the ones really having fun, the ones that let go, forget inhibitions, forget who's watching and just enjoy the moment...Great acting Armie for hating dancing in real life and yet pulling it off here...
