Running for President is not mandatory, its a choice. Getting indicted and having to go to trial is mandatory, not a choice. He should be forced to go to trial first regardless!

August 28th isn't short enough for me. diaper don should have been indicted three years ago, yet he's still walking around free, saying and doing whatever he wants, including causing danger for people who he thinks are persecuting him. The attack on Nancy Pelsoi's husband as an example.

Put him in pretrial detention. THEN he won't be so intent upon delay...

It is surreal that the entire judicial system of the most powerful country in the world has difficulty deciding whether what we all saw with our own eyes for several years actually happened. 🤐

I'm from europe and it's hard to believe what you hear in this interview.... it's like listening to a sports report on a football tactics, delays, chances my goodnes...isn't this a very serious trial?? So the flaw in the legal system or constitution, is to allow someone facing charges to be able to run for the presidency .

That needs to be changed doesn’t it ?

Delaying until the other side runs out of money doesn't work against the federal government.

Nixon-"I am not a crook!"

Trump-"I plead the 5th because I am a crook!"

If everyone starts chanting "Trump is scared to take the stand" in unison do you think his ego would make him do it?

Of course his tactic is "delay", if he is innocent, he would want a speedy trial.

lock him up awaiting trial, see how he losses interest in a delay.

I would think this is his chance to prove his innocence on all charges.

If the courts dumb enough to keep playing his games, then....?

It's very nice to hear this lawyer spill his guts about how to game the system for the maximum amount of time his former client could postpone the case... and all the more reason to not give it to him.

In America, all that matters in court is MONEY. With enough money you can do almost anything....

Thats really all that he's got, he will get CRUSHED by the mountain of evidence, in each trial.

Trump was relying on what he wanted to hear, be it from Eastman, Chesebro, Pence, or the pillow guy. If they told him what he wanted to hear, he relied on their advice. Somehow, I don't think Judge Chutkan is going to stand for Trump's delay tactics.
