Multiple Madokas from across the timelines all being brought together to complete the conditions of the Contract
They take to the "stage" (single seats around glass bubbles, presumed "worlds")
Every Madoka checks on each other to see if all are there
They attempt to synchronize, switching places and dancing in line to complete the line-up
The finger gesture signals that they're ready
They "tie" their "fate threads" together
It completes in the form of a new sign, ultimately replacing the former "star"
Ultimate Madoka has one last memories of her former self fading away from reality
She finds the Earth after her awakening, and watches over it in a worried, somber, but caring manner
Upside down, as if this is a viewed dream
