Hello,
The problem is that the settings is turned off automatically after 1 minute!!!. So you can turn it on, but if you did not connect within 1 minute the hotspot is turned off automatically.
And i did not find anything to keep this on for all times. Perhaps you know how to do this??

This is the trick to make it work. Check your APN settings and set according to your network
