Newsflash - when controls ( like buttons and drop down menus) are grayed out it means you can't select it. On my PC it is Gray and set to NEVER but when trying to pair a Bluetooth earbud it asks for a pin. Hope it goes without saying that even if I wanted to change the never to whatever, I can't do that.
