I have had an OTR mp3 of the Jack Benny Show floating round on all my PC's since about 2002. Its quite good.

I collect and restore antique radios and often use a small AM transmitter to broadcast the music of my choice to my old radios. I've also added Bluetooth receivers to some of them. So, being a fan of authentic vintage radios, I usually roll my eyes at faux-vintage radios, record players, etc. The one you show here, though, seems like a legit product. I like the real wood and the fact that it's somewhat modern looking and not really trying to trick you into thinking it's actually an old radio (that never works).

Lets hope traditional AM/FM is still in operation the upcoming few years!

that`s a really nice radio...the back light gives it character..i have a radio that does not have a back light...vintage look etc...and the fact it doesn`t have the light, really is a shame...

The speakercloth, buttons and dial are the same as on my Victrola VRS-2800.

It's a very nice replica of those erstwhile "Tombstone" Radios of the 1920's, with a reasonably good reception ans audio quality, with a feature which is not found even in expensive Crosley record players; A TONE CONTROL !😊👌👌
I was pleasantly surprised.
But it could also have a USB/MicroSD Card playback facility.
The controls could be on the card sized remote control, maybe ?

The backlight on the tuner would look even cooler in the dark!

I had to keep reminding myself that this is not a Crosley, after seeing so many reviews of Crosley products.

The old radio show was perfect to play on this radio. It certainly fits.

Billy Joel didn’t sound bad, either.

A clear winner. But then again, how many losers (other than MPK) do you have???!!

There are literally thousands of these things being churned out via Jack Yan's sites in China. All are battery powered with USB charging, some have TF/USB support, as wells as "AUX" and some dont. As always, quality varies.

daft question probably, but can this be plugged into a wall socket?

The lights on the dial look cool but it will kill the battery fast.

An interpretation of a 1930s style cathedral radio, probably 50pc to scale. I have to admit, it looks pretty good, but once again, it's cheap stuff in a pretty package. And consider this, there ain't a whole lot of folks around these days who actually remember these ancient style radios, and those who do have more important ways to spend their money...edit:. Tombstone style, my error.

If this thing would have been absolutely perfect.... IF it only had an Aux-In sadly it doesn't :( Somehow something is always breaking the deal. I love the size. It's small but not too small so really perfect imho.
