“Demon Sheriff” Laffitte [One Piece]

Laffitte, the navigator and a former sheriff in the West Blue, is a master of stealth and infiltration, and despite wearing tap-dancing shoes, he was able to infiltrate unobserved into the capital of the World Government and the realm of the Celestial Dragons, Mary Geoise, during a conference between many high-ranking Marine officials (including the former Fleet Admiral Sengoku) and three Warlords of the Sea. He also appears to have a Devil Fruit talent that allows him to sprout wings on his back, allowing him to fly, and the power of hypnosis, however, it is uncertain whether these powers are linked. Laffitte is now the commander of the fifth ship in Blackbeard's fleet (post-time skip) and earned the epithet "Demon Sheriff''.
He is a minor adversary in the Jaya Arc, a supporting antagonist in the Impel Down and Marineford Arcs, and a significant antagonist in the Final Saga as a result of his actions and role.
