All you need is:

For the base:
26 (290g) Oreo’s, finely crushed
90g unsalted butter, melted

For the cheesecake filling:
350ml Double cream, cold
500g Cream cheese, room temperature
120g Icing sugar
14 Oreos, broken into pieces

Dark chocolate ganache:
150g Dark chocolate chunks or chips
100ml Double cream, hot (microwave on high for 1 minute or until the cream is piping hot, before it starts to boil)

White chocolate ganache:
40g white chocolate, broken into chunks
2 tbsp (30ml) double cream

Tin size: 8” springform pan

Tips:
🌟For the dark chocolate ganache, you can also microwave the double cream and chocolate chips in the microwave in 20 second bursts, stirring frequently until smooth.
🌟 Allow the chocolate ganache to cool for 10 minutes before pouring it over the cheesecake
🌟 If you don’t have a small round piping nozzle, just cut a small hole in the piping bag or use a sandwich bag or squeezy bottle 🙌

*Ingredients*
For the base:
26 Oreos
90g butter, melted

For the cheesecake filling:
350ml double cream
500g cream cheese
120g icing sugar
14 Oreos, broken

For the dark chocolate ganache:
100ml hot double cream
150g dark chocolate chips

For the white chocolate ganache:
40g white chocolate
2tbsp double cream

1) Crush the Oreos in a blender or place them in a bag and use a rolling pin to crush them.

2) Pour the crushed Oreos into a bowl and mix them with the melted butter.

3) Pour into a 20cm/8" cake tin and press down firmly.

4) Pour the double cream into a bowl, and whisk to stiff peaks.

5) In another bowl whisk together the cream cheese and icing sugar until smooth and creamy.

6) Fold in your (now whipped) cream.

7) Add the broken Oreos and fold them in.

8) Scoop it into your base and smooth it out.

9) Refrigerate for 6 hours minimum.

10) Pour the hot double cream over the chocolate chips and stir until smooth and then let it cool for 10 minutes.

11) In another bowl, add the white chocolate and double cream and microwave, stirring every 15 seconds until smooth.

12) Pour the dark chocolate ganache over the cheesecake and smooth it out.

13) Place the white chocolate ganache in a piping bag and draw a swirl over the cake.

14) Drag a skewer from the middle outwards to make a spiderweb shape.

15) Refrigerate for 1 hour minimum until set.

16) Enjoy!
