This system on a TW200 would make a truly unstoppable bike. They already seem awd, haha! I hope Christini eventually builds a kit for every popular bike out there. A Christini-fied CRF300L Rally would also be the bee’s knees, or their kit on a 3-something Ténéré (if they ever effing build one) might just be the greatest damn bike in history. Those great big adventure bikes are just way too big, powerful, heavy, and expensive for most riders.

Cristini 450 AWD is existing with mechanical All Wheel Drive

Yamaha used a hydraulic 2wd system on its entry in the 2004 Paris-Dakar rally. It won a couple of stages and finished 7th overall, but the technology was abandoned. In fairness, 2wd on a bike adds a lot of weight and complexity, and due to the dynamics of motorcycles versus cars, it is rarely needed.

In the 1940ies Hitler had 2wD BMW motorcycles in the Africa region
