'Kay, I don't know how many will actually believe me when I say this, but either way...
I had the pleasure of having Joe as a best-friend for 3 years, and he was a REALLY awesome guy. Every time we talked, I just could not stop laughing; he had the greatest sense of humour ever. And he was also kind and good-willed, always looking to his friends and their well-being. If would like to thank you a hundred-thousand times over for dedicating this to him. You guys are fucking awesome. <3

Joe was a 17 year old summoner who had Ewing's Sarcoma. He went to Riot Games as his Wish from the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Jax was Joe's favorite champion, and Riot made a sale where 100% of the money spent to buy a Jax/Jaximus bundle would go to the Make a Wish foundation, they made just under half a million. Joe was an amazing example of optimism in the face of the odds. He passed away recently, and the 'Here's to you' is a tribute to him.

I think this patch is going to help Urgot a lot more. The new ratio on his Q is bonus AD, meaning that the scaling will be much better late game, and to compensate for the lesser early game damage from the old total AD ratio, they're buffing the base damage A LOT. Urgot's going to be just fine.

Joe Kelly was a 17 year old with Ewig's sarcoma, a very serious and very unfortunate condition. He was a big fan of LoL and used it to have fun with friends while in the hospital. Thanks to the efforts of the Make-A-Wish Foundation and Riot Games, Joe was able to visit Riot Games, and t have an amazing time. Unfortunately, Joe passed away recently. JumpinThePack made a very touching tribute to Joe with the help of Erik Braa, Jax's voice actor. The 'Here's to you' is from the tribute.

I was so excited when this Xin Zhao rework came out. I really dislike what they did with him in the latest 2017 rework :(. RIP old Xin.

Sona is a underappreciated support now because her damage early game has been halved and any form of agression will just get you killed which is sub-optimal for a agressive early game support. the global cooldown never has been a issue and this change to Cresendo may only make her even more unviable because the nuke now will more likely KS

okay so im not sure how correct i am but the kid joe you were speaking about was this joseph who got ot visit your headquarters from make-a-wish? im really wondering because it was a really nice and heart warming thing to do letting him visit and now making a voice over in game for him :)

His burst derives from his ulti which is decided by the number of bleed stacks on you. Most likely you just want tabi and go with whatever you'd normally build. Also items that slow his attack speed are much stronger (randuin / frozen) than thornmail because it makes the debuff stacking slower. In general thornmail is outclassed by many options.

Because this patch was huge, look at it. Xin, Malzahar, Sona, Twitch and Eve. These have flowed into a lot of playstyle's today.

Crescendo's change was not about removing the DoT, it was a bugfix, because Cleanse and Tanacity items would lower the duration of Crescendo thus making the player not getting the full damage effect, rather making it so that he only receives damage once under the Crescendo effect. You still have quite a lot of DoT effects in the game, don't worry.

1. To remove Perma - Stealth twitch
2. To prevent 50 seconds of superboosted attack speed.
3. To not make him useless once the opposing team bought oracles

The movement speed buff on ambush makes him able to sneak up on enemies, and if they have oracles, he is now able to atleast get close:) I'd say it's a huge buff: I used to love Twitch, I still do ^^

the point of the short stealth, including the stealth rework on eve, is not to have sort of a perma stealth mode on them.
