Be careful when upgrading! I just did and without warning the MicroSD was formatted removing the photos and videos that were on there! It could've done with a better warning! I just updated two days ago from version 1.6 to the previous 2.x and that didn't format the memory card. So this was unexpected!

I upgraded the camera to the newest firmware (2.6.52) and I don't see an option to activate the stabilization. The camera shows no indication that any new stabilization feature is enabled.
