I had a lymphatic drainage massage a few days ago and she pressured very hard that I still feel the pain on my stomach area and legs. Is it suppose to be be strong this way?

I would caution everyone about doing this. I found a terrific masseuse who does lymphatic massage. After my 2 nd session, I had an attack of appendicitis which then burst. I ended up having appendix and gall bladder removed. Then had two infections. It’s been a month and I’m just getting back to normal

So my therapist isn’t supposed to make me talk to her the whole time? Sitting upright? She was stuck working on my most congested area and didn’t move above it to open the terminals.

Smdh, there are a lot of cons in this field, aren’t there? It does so much, but there are some people doing this that don’t really know what they are doing or don’t care to do it right

Why would you want toxic lymph in healthy areas? Why not direct it to the kidneys and bladder where it will hopefully exit the body?

Ahhh so work with the healthy areas first that way the lymph can fill up there & drain. Interesting
