Hi doc.. thanks for a very informative video❤ Iam dealing with acanthosis nigricans since my childhood.. and im in my twenties now still facing the same problem.. does that mean i have to do dieting and excercise my whole life? and i havent been obese.. are there chances that this might be genetic or idiopathic?
