Mr. Sri nivas, you are right.State govt has powers to decide where abouts of State Capital and done by Satte Govt and entered into Contract with Formers. Now, state govt can't violate it's own decision by giving sollu reasons. Nobody stopping them to develope all areas. They can process fresh and new things to allot to various areas of AP instead of wasting time and people's money without zero progress. Without Capital no state will survive. Amaravati is self sustainable Capital. We should all know that.
