GCash Tutorial 2023: How to Easily Change and Verify Your Email Address For Improved Security

In this video tutorial, you'll learn how to change and verify your email address in GCash, a popular mobile wallet app in the Philippines.
To change your email address in GCash, you will need to access the GCash app or website and follow a few simple steps. Before you begin, make sure that you have access to the new email address that you want to use, as you will need to confirm the change via this email. Once you have everything ready, you can follow the steps below to successfully update your email address on GCash.

Here are the steps you can follow to change email address:
Step 1: Open your GCash App and tap on the Profile icon.
Step 2: Tap on your name next to your profile picture.
Step 3: Click on the pencil icon next to your email address.
Step 4: A six-digit authentication code will be sent to your phone via SMS. You will need to enter the code you received, then tap the Submit button.
Note: In case you didn’t receive the code, click here to resend.
STEP 5: Update your email address, then tap Submit.
Note: Be sure to use a valid and accessible e-mail address.
Step 6: You will receive a 6-digit Authentication Code via email. You will need to enter the authentication code in the GCash App before you can submit the payment.
Note: In case you didn’t receive the code, click here to resend it. If the email does not appear in your Inbox, check the Junk/Spam folder.
Step 7: On the confirmation screen, you will see that your email address has been successfully updated. Click OK to continue.

Matagal na akong nagpalit ng email address sa gcash. Pero sa lumang email address pa rin nagsesend ng code si gcash. Wala na akong access sa luma kong email address. Pano kaya yon? Sana masagot. Thanks.

Bakit po di makarecieve email sa transaction sa gcash pati po pag verify ko sa email d nariricieve tama naman email ko wla po. Mali yung sa gcash na email lang d nariricieve. Sana masagot
