Hi, I would like to add that I got a waiver even though I had previous rejections. As per the questionnaire, I understand that it is because I have an active B1 visa and the last application was not rejected and I applied for J1. This may be a good news for some, so thought of sharing

MY L1B visa got expired on 2019 and this year I have applied for L1B. I scheduled for interview today and I did not see any questions related to interview waiver. I have booked my interview slots. So for L1B this waiver is not applicable.

Madam does the first timers eligible for h1b drop box facility. The appointment confirmation does show drop box in the visa priority row. My son has got appointment for 13th december 2023 in Mumbai.
