This was literally incredible. My C02 levels last bloodwork was 18 for the first time ever and my doctor gave me sodium carbonate.
Hopefully it works because my breathing has been a little struggling. Thank you!

This is absolutely brilliant, thank you doc! 🤗 I came for the C02 lecture but left knowing that there's a HUGE difference between nose and mouth breathing.... I'm nearly sixty and I had no idea 😮

Wow everything makes sense now.
I got my blood work results today and it’s showing low CO2. Never heard of it and than I found your video. For the last couple of months, I’ve been feeling brain fog, catching myself holding my breath and feeling pressure on my chest. Like if I am not breathing enough and unable to catch my breath. Thank you for the clarification!

this video explains many of the symptoms i have, even after the use of the cpap machine regularly and still feeling very fatigued. My question is, why is it that when i try to do breathing exercises, i almost immediately begin to yawn or feel tired?

Omg. I cannot thank you enough for this.

I have low CO2 in my system in my blood work and I have just started to do Wim Hoff about five years ago. Could that be the cause or is it metabolic?

I have this exact problem for over 2.5 years now! It’s chronic. I feel like i sufffocate all day and when i breath in my sternum feels very tight. I sigh all the time and i can’t seem to get any relieve. How would i be able to fix this? I can’t seem to breathe into my stomach anymore and the tiny muscles in my chest, behind my solar plexus I can’t seem to relax anymore

Do runners, given how much heavy breathing they do, have lower co2 in general

Does drinking carbonated/sparkling water help to increase levels of CO2 in anyway?
