Gallop just released a poll saying Trump will win the popular vote. They looked at IN PARTY approval of all presidents who won reelection since the 1930s. What they found was that every president who had a 70% or higher IN PARTY approval rating, went on to win reelection. It is a signal of enthusiasm within the party. Trump has a 94% approval rating among republicans. If this trend holds true, according to Gallop, Trump will win the popular vote this time around.

Trafalgar is one of the only firms to get 2016 right. Yesterday they had Trump down by 3% in Minnesota. Tied in Wisconsin two days ago. Trump ahead by 1% in Pennsylvania. Krystal and Saagar went mainstream this cycle, and will lose their credibility just as mainstream outlets will. Two weeks Michigan tied.
