Patricia Arquette's voice makes her sadness 10x worse to listen to.

I love Patricia so much for this, I feel sorry for the people in the comments saying anything that's not supporting her, at least respect! She went through pain and lost someone she loved! Stop judging her! She is an incredible person with a hue heart ❤

Always admired PA's work and her continual work in charities and good causes. Sorry for her loss. People need to realize that being born different is not a crime and we need to support people's needs and issues. RIP

Alexis was a beautiful human being. So witty and funny. And pretty damn brave to be herself and live in a world where, like Patricia said, people won't always accept you. There was more to Alexis than her being transgendered. Amazing personality and heart of gold.

you don't have to agree with someone being transgender but why does it have to affect you in a way where you want to be hateful towards the person? what happened to being kind to others if they are good people and kind back why do you have to hate them just because they aren't like you or what you find "acceptable". I will always accept others regardless. Just be a good person.

Hollywood still doesn’t tell the story of Alexis. Like Patricia said, Alexis fully consciously chose happiness over career.

Running a business I would hire ANYONE who was qualified, professional, responsible, reliable, and trustworthy. I don't give a crap about your identity politics. If I have a opening and you qualify you're hired!

CNN-Anchor "I never thought about it that way" ?? What? Unbelievable! You don't have to have a trans-sister to have had some THOUGHTS about the terrible difficulties and resistences trans-people have to face in society, especially in the US....

Have you noticed Patricia, her famous sister, her famous brother and her parents who are in the business never talk about the rampant nepotism going on in Hollywood?

So many trans women don't get acceptance from friends much less family members-especially publicly & for Patricia to sit there & stand up & speak beautifully about her sister is just -idk- GOLDEN
