You need to turn off and then turn on by pressing the volume up and down buttons and the power button at the same time. When the android logo appears release the power button and keep pressing the volume up and down buttons. In a couple of seconds you enter the configuration.

I want to clear the cache but when I boot Tab off > Vol +& - down plus power button I can only get into Fastboot Mode
