Exploding Balloons, Water, and Heat

Balloons normally pop pretty easily when heated but check out what happens when you add a little water to the balloon. It turns out water is super good at absorbing heat. In fact, the main reason we sweat is to that water will absorb heat from our hot bodies as it moves from being a liquid to a gas. It's a super efficient way to cool us down and keep us from overheating.
