Michael McCaul, Republican of Texas, tells "Face the Nation with Margaret Brennan" that the GOP-led investigation into the Afghanistan withdrawal will continue "well after the election", and Democratic Rep. Jim Himes of Connecticut, the ranking member on the House Intelligence Committee, tells "Face the Nation with Margaret Brennan" that President Biden did not come to office with an agenda on Afghanistan, as Republicans have alleged, but he came to office with a "binding agreement negotiated by President Trump."

Why haven't they aleady done what governor cooper purports is their plan...why not for the working families and why not look at truth about inflation that has partially been the responsibility of state and federal government's lack of oversight, higher gas prices and lack of increased exported goods (with increase of imported goods) which with the tranport of good increases prices. Honesty and good business sense seems to me what our nation needs.
