Jim, I am so sorry for your loss, that is now heaven's gain. She sounds like she was a good and faithful servant, who fought the good fight, finished the course, and kept the faith.

May our Lord Jesus uphold you in His mighty power.

Jim;  Our hearts are heavy in this moment of mourning; for the absence here of your beloved wife and faithful partner in the Lord, Jesus.

Blessed are they that mourn; for they shall be comforted."(Mt. 5:4).

There was so very much to say,
But only time to say "goodbye".
And then there was silence,
The birds stopped their songs.
Silence, an infinity of peace,
Song, you are a breath of life.
And then there were tears,
A part of me floated above.
Tears, you will always be part of me.
And you, part of me you left behind.
And then there were memories.

"And this is the Father's will who hath sent me, that of all that he hath given me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up again at the last day" (John 6:39).
