The green stuff you asked the spices guy about is called cardamom, you can put with the food as a spice it gives a good flavor and smell to the food, plus you can put it with the tea

15:45 Ya This type of Weekly Market are only setup for Evening to Night on Every One Fixed day in the week according to the local area like on Monday market or some otherv area are on Tuesday or some other days. You can find everything here House hold items, Clothes, Shoes, Sleepers, Fresh Vegetables, Fruits, Some festival coming (Diwali, Holi, Christmas etc) you can find decoration items, Most important Some good local food items mainly Chole Bhature, Jalebi etc.
