Tip: if ur pc ain’t the best texture quality can go down to normal, extended texture budget one above half, and I can still run everything else “very high”no fps drop, texture quality takes a lot out of video memory

Im not sure if its just me but the lights on vehicles and lamp posts arent like normal its like a picture of a light source and is massive into my screen and i cant see anything becouse of it

When you copy the files over does it get rid of a previous pack I had installed? I believe I had the FPS pack installed that you posted.

If you dont like the lights just delete them in the mods folder he shows
I also suggest deleting the motion blur too
