I don't even know what I'm allergic to, there are itchy redspots appeared for "no" reason sometimes

This video is from 2016, and the little boy with the grass allergy was said to be using the pills for three years leading up to the time of recording. It's 2022 now, and last time I saw my allergist, she only recommended cetirizine (edit: I have since moved on to Loratadine, as it makes me less sleepy and loopy) and an epi pen. I guess 'the cure' is still a long way away.
(edit: I have also learned of a supplement called DAO, diamine oxidase, which helps me a lot. Between the antihistamine and the DAO, I'm doing really well. From here, I am learning from an article titled "Probiotics as a Possible Strategy for the Prevention and Treatment of Allergies. A Narrative Review" and learning how to culture probiotic yogurt at home. Good luck, everyone!)

Thank you for this, I live in the United States and I'm 95% positive I'm allergic to formaldehyde as I've done my own research which I find is in some of our imported clothing and laundry detergents... I share this experience and what I've been doing to protect myself so far -- I have seen one allergist who was no help and knew less about immunotherapy and testing than I did... I'm going to be seeing a actual specialist in a couple weeks and I'm trying to gather as much information as I can so thank you...
