This one is working now. Just need to do little trick.
Go to Apps Details inside Alliance Shield X, select PREVENT,
Go to ACTIONS
SELECT prevent,
FORCE STOP,
FIREWALL then select BLOCK ALL DATA, BLOCK use of WIFI and Cell network,
ALLOW Force Stop,
SELECT prevent update (UPDATES)
WIPE APP data (OK)
UNINSTALL
