SPMO - BEAT the S&P500 and QQQ in 2025 (Momentum)

The two most common investments are the S&P 500 and the NASDAQ 100 the QQQ. These are considered benchmark ETFs and they Have a very long track record of phenomenal performance.

Finding Superior investments that have higher upside potential than the S&P 500 is possible.

But trying to find an ETF that can out perform the QQQ is pretty difficult. But I found an ETF that has crushed these 2 benchmark ETFs in recent years and has the potential to continue to outperform them in 2024 and 2025.

Good analysis. IME most tech is overvalued. Momentum aside, if one was to solely focus on valuations and disregard the actual business, positioning, guidance, and sector domination - huge gains could be missed. NVDA checks all the boxes for a multi-year large investment. Yes, I like and been holding SPMO. Also, SCHG. Some overlap, but exactly what you described here is why I hold both.

Why not buy VOO or VTI as your core and then a few shares of each or some of the magnificent 7, I believe you would out perform with better diversification. I did this in my traditional IRA and I'm way up☝️

Next thing you know the federal government will start passing legislation that kills AI, and AI stocks will plummet, perhaps temporarily or for a long time. But I gotta admit that the low drawdown of SPMO is fantastic. Kudos on your great find.

Good ETF, but at this point maybe not a buy. SPMO currently means you buy more than 50% just Nvidia, Apple, Meta, Microsoft, Amazon and Broadcom, which are all overvalued and may not have much room for price growth left.
Lilly as the first non-tech stock with 5% is also not cheap, but at least may have some runway left.
Broader market strength and price action should return once US Fed reduces rates. There's a few other momentum ETFs that aren't so overvalued with insane P/E.
