Twin WDG4 vs Long Hood WDP4B Power on Gradient | Coal Train & Humsafar | Indian Railways

A back to back action at this beautiful S-curve, where a loaded coal train was allowed ahead of the Palace Queen Humsafar Express due to the latter's heavy slack. This is almost a regular occurrence to maintain moderate delay so that the train doesn't arrive too early at most of its stops.

Hubli's old school WDG4 twins on full power breeze through with the loaded coal train, followed shortly by Bhagat ki Kothi's WDP4B running long hood lead for the cross-country end to end journey of the Mysore-Udaipur PQHS.
