Hi Al, First, let your yourself grieve for a while. Then start by nurturing yourself. That entails being gentle with yourself and loving yourself. Do things that you love and like without having to have anyone in particular. After a while start out with a volunteer project or just helping people. Watch funny movies. Write down positive things about yourself and look at the list every single day. Give it time. Everyone recovers differently. Be open to all kinds of love when using this video.
