This is our take on the latest sandwich trend. It’s easy and yet bursting with flavours, fully plant based and packed with proteins!

SEITAN RECIPE:

600g x Vital Wheat Gluten
550g x water
Any flavouring

STOCK RECIPE:
3tbsp x Veg Bouillon
60g x Dried Oyster
1 x Kombu Algae

- Start by making a dough, shape it as you like it and cook it for 45/50 minutes.

BREADING RECIPE:All-purpose flour
Eggy mix (gram flour and water)

PESTO RECIPE:

60g x Vegan Parmesan
30g x pinenuts
30g x Nutritional Yeast
120ml x EVO
60g x Fresh Basil

SOY RAGÙ:

750 ml x Passata
6 x cloves of garlic
80ml x EVO
80g x rehydrated Soy Mince

I’m not a vegan entirely but because of this channel I have a lot of vegan meals. I often have the stuff around the house and with the economy in the US buying Meat for every meal is not what it used to be.
