Yeah so the song was about the breakup of the group. It was because of her dad but Beyonce didn't know. She was the youngest in the group. Imagine your best friends being over and being part of every part of your life and then gone. Then the press came out about it and then Latoya and Latavia spoke up and it was further misconstrued by the press.
