Yongju Kim's research interests include leadership development and evaluation, military psychology (including stress, military values and Esprit de corps) and military well-being. His current research examines mental health and suicide among of the South Korean military, including the effect of combat exposure.
Yongju Kim, Ph.D. is a Professor of Psychology and Management at the Korea Military Academy in Seoul, South Korea. He holds a doctorate in Psychology from Justus-Liebig University Giessen, Germany and a MA and BA in Psychology from Seoul National University in South Korea.
