HAVASI — Waves (From the album “Metamorphosis”)
Показать описание
Waves (From the album “Metamorphosis”).
The piece was inspired by the composer's own surfing experiences.
Surfing is an instinctive adaptation to the rhythm of the ocean. Being in perfect sync with the waves turns gives the surfer the power to ride gracefully as if it were a conversation with the moving mass of water.
The relationship between the sea and the surfer is like the give and take we all experience in our lives. We respect the power of the wave for its ability to crush, change our course, and defeat us.
Listening to the waves, accepting their rhythm, and making clever adjustments let us navigate cleanly and gain impressive speed. Carefully, we move. Build our relationship with the ocean. Elevate our ability to ride high when a wave opportunity presents itself.
Surfers understand life better than most people. They know that the wave is going to crash. But they also know there is always another wave coming. This is the rhythm of life. If you understand that, you will find peace and happiness.
