How are you expecting those to pay when they don't have money in the first place. That's why they don't have insurance to begin with. Remove the mandate and actually make it affordable and useful. It's stupid to penalize those without insurance.

The only thing I had against the ACA was the required pay mandate

I was penalized $800 a year for not being able to afford the $30, 000 a year in insurance that I couldn't use

The whole thing was just to steal your money.

I don't know how I will pay for all my medical needs again.
Have epilepsy and I can afford the best medication for me on UHC. Please don't do this. Other people like me, don't ask to have their issue, so y not think of others

Get rid of it. Sick of mandates and ripping off the people.

Just like last time, the court does not want to be the bad guy and let Congress off the hook from doing their job. The court does not want to be the one to throw over 20 million people off their insurance AND cause absolute chaos in the market and country. They will again give a middle finger to Congress and say you come up with an alternative or fix this law. Don't expect us to be the bad guys and gals.

I was forced to get insurance and pay $300 premium. I can't even use it because I have to pay $3000 out of pocket. So even though I have insurance it does me no go. Cant afford to go see my doctor. A doctor's appointment cost me $185.00 for a 15 minute meeting where he tells me I need to come back because this is just a consultation. I have to pay for all bloodwork tests. I have this insurance for two years and I have been sick a couple of times but can't go see a doctor. God forbid an ambulance has to come get me I have to sign a waiver so they don't treat me.

why is health care not mandatory but car insurance is?

if it's affordable make it so every voter has insurance--not just the low income--every worker should get the same premium--should not be punished for improving your self--thru education

President Trump needs to get the mailing list that Pennsylvania used to mail out the ballots. For all we know they might have mailed ballots to Democrats and not the republicans. This makes more sense than anything I’ve heard.
This could be the key to the puzzle.
Don’t just vote it up. Share this until someone that can get it to the lawyers of president Trump

I don't know of a single person who works, doesn't have major health issues and isn't a breeder who likes obamacare. For me the cheapest option covers almost nothing until I spend about 8.5k in one year. The premiums add another 7.5k. That has never happened in my entire life. Why can't I just buy a major medical plan rather than pay for child care, neonatal care, breast exams, pregnancy, sex changes, etc? I DON'T CARE that someone else wants those things. If you do then you can open your own wallet and pay for that person. I don't mind helping for a limited time, a poor person get BASIC care. If you want them to be able to breed, then you pay for it. And then you can pay the 50k a year that kid will cost taxpayers for their educations, their food stamps, their housing, their medical, their clothing, etc.

It gives me a little more faith in our Supreme Court
I was very worried after judge Barrett
I hope she really proves me wrong
I'd owe her an apology

I wish our politicians would actually ask THE PEOPLE their thoughts about the ACA.
If you're single with no kids...the ACA sucks!!!!

I think you should just be able to go to the damn doctor. Kid needed stitches the other night, and I was terrified it would bankrupt me after losing my job. 1k bill would crush my family atm.

It never worked from the beginning so i think it needs to be replaced. Families cant afford to pay so much.

It's not about it providing healthcare, it is the fact that we are being forced by the government to pay for something that not everyone can afford if you are the working middle class.

I THINK THAT THE COURT SHOULD SEND THE ENTIRE BILL BACK TO PIGLOSI WITH A NOTE ON TOP READ IT
