Omgosh that's so weird and Im so glad that you brought up mental health. I have been doing the same thing were I keep thinking about my past. Im looking back and realizing the person I have become and how it lead me to my decisions. I also thinking about future thoughts. Could it be the fontal lobe developing during adolescent years!?!
