Here is what you do. If you are passionate about Venezuelans and want to represent them and provide them services, more power to you! YOU pick up and move to Venezuela and do that. If you are passionate about Hondurans and want to represent them and provide them services, YOU pick up and move to Honduras. If you are A ok and cool with living with gangs, YOU go to one of these countries and live amongst the gangs yourself and endanger your own life. You don't get to sign other people up for this. This is the problem. Choose your population you want to serve and the amount of risk you are looking to take. You choose that for yourself, not for Americans who do not want this.
