This was amazing. I accidentally doubled the meat so I increased the spices by a third. However, it came out great. Very tasty and hearty. I am definitely keeping this recipe for the future. Next time, I will add some dices tomatoes.

Plain ol' kidney beans don't absorb the flavor of the chili until they soak in it for a couple of days...so, I use Bush's chili beans.
