Fever were being carried by CC all year. However, now with Lexi Hole back tuats plugged a giant hole in their defensive game. Girls have also had time to adjust to having a monster point guard who will find them in the tightest gap. They know if they get into space, the ball is coming. Be very hard to stop them now. I expect they will make the final, then it's just going to be whose better on the night. CC is definitely roomier of the year, she is best rookie EVER.

the Fever as a team is playing unbelievable since the Olympic break, and it all starts with Caitlin Clark: her dishing the ball (leading the league in assists as a rookie), can't play up on her cuz she'll take it to the hole and score or can still kick it out to an open shooter if that defender collapses on her, can't give her space cuz she'll jack up a 3 on ya, and off a defensive rebound or a turnover or even a made basket and the defense falls asleep, 'fuggedaboutit' off to the races, and just moved into #6 the standings and #5 isn't unattainable the way they're playing and a favorable remaining schedule

ESPN’s Reese was astounding….to ESPN….On a serious note Sky’s Allen had three 3’s in the first quarter but then perhaps lost confidence. Sky also has a long distance shooter in Banham. Both girls are short actually but good shooters. Hull receded a bit on offense shooting tonight because it was not needed from her. Lexi shines when she sees a need. If you are falling behind, she’ll hit 4 threes….she did that in two games recently. If you don’t need it, she works on her masterpiece…defense.
