All the uppermoons can basically win every fight if the slayer they're up against is someone who they have the upperhand against.

The only reason why all the uppermoons lost is because:

Kaigaku- *Had his thunder breathing enhanced by his BDA(Elektrokinesis) and by eating alot of humans he managed to make his attacks faster and stronger.*

Zenitsu- Also a user of the breath of thunder but was only able to do the 1st move yet he was able to defeat kaigaku because of his new move(7th form: Honoikazuchi Nokami). If kaigaku has lived for atleast a year he would've won against zenitsu (he only become a demon around the Hashira training arc meaning he hasn't been a demon for long.)

Gyutaro- *Can kill any human with his deadly poison*

Uzui- Managed to live for a little bit cuz of his resistance to poison and because he stopped his heart making the poison to temporarily stop from flowing all over his body.

Gyokko- *Can turn any human to a fish with just ONE punch.*

Muichiro- Mist breathing consists of very fast moves and he was able to master it and managed to outspeed gyokko with demon slayer mark and dodge every punch.

Hantengu- *Has 2 BDA's (Emotion Manipulation and Wood Manipulation). The 1st bda can make him split up everytime his head gets slashed off. The 2nd bda is where all his attacking moves comes from.*

Tanjirou, Genya, and Mitsuri- Genya chased off the main body while tanjirou and mitsuri fight the clone. And tanjirou was able to activate see through world for a second and was able to kill hantengu by tanjirou slashing his torso. AND mostly plot

Nakime- *Can control a whole "castle" and can basically crush anyone or push anyone to their death while they're on her castle*

Muzan- killed her cuz no one else can; killed her cuz she was useless to him

Akaza- *His bda can send a whole shockwave to your body and blow it off + his insane speed and strength to match it up. He can punch air as his BDA is literally shockwave. PLUS he can regenerate even though his head was cut off.*

Giyuu & Tanjirou- Giyu was able to activate his demon slayer mark making him go toe-to-toe with akaza for a few minutes while tanjirou learns about the See-Through-World and make his battle spirit go away so akaza can't detect him and predict his movements. But the whole reason they won because akaza respected his loss against tanjirou and PLOT.

Douma- *Has the Ice BDA that can make a human's lunge freeze if they breathe into it making the slayers unable to use their breathing techniques.*

Inosuke, Kanao, & Shinobu- Shinobu added alot of wisteria in her body so once douma absorbs her the poison will take effect and weaken/immobilize him. Inosuke & Kanao fought off douma while they wait for shinobu's poison to affect him and kanao finally cuts off douma's head. Real reason: douma held back and didnt go full power against them.

Kokushibo- *The one and only breath of the moon user which is said to be the 2nd strongest breath next to sun. Has his flesh BDA to customize and control his sword to whatever shape he likes. Can also regenerate his head.*

Genya, Muichiro, Sanemi, & Gyomei- Genya absorbed kokushibo's blade and was able to power up his own bda and hold kokushibo for a while. Muichiro got clapped but he awakened his red blade making kokushibo weaken for a bit giving gyomei and sanemi to cut his head off. But kokushibo still regenerates but stopped because of

Gyokko is a glass cannon .
Altough he might seem weak one punch on you and it will be over.
Making a single contact with his fist will turn you into a tiny fish

Gyokko claps rengoku low-mid diff, he was toying with muichiro who is the 4th strongest hashira and rengoku is weaker than him, only reason muichiro won was bc of his mark and rengoku doesn’t have one
