If I did a Billion dollar fraud I would expect to be put in Jail. I think that is the main thing stopping most of us from doing a Billion Dollar fraud.

This New York Democrat Judge said Trump's Mar Lago estate only worth 18 million. Seems his appraisal of Trumps' properties are way off. So Trump is paying to much taxes on his properties since a real appraisal says it worth 300 million.

If Mar a Lago is worth $600 million as Trump claims is he paying property tax on that $600 million?

Unlike Trump's subjective valuations, Judge Engoron was very objective and detailed in his ruling. It will not be overturned on appeal. It's just a matter of time before the Trump Organization is dissolved in NY. Well done Letitia James and thanks for bringing the author of "The Art of the Steal" to justice!

I’ve never known a bank not to do their due diligence when it comes to appraising property. Failure to do so would be a federal violation. Shareholders and depositors should sue.

Trump's lawyers got off easy with only $7, 500 fines. Bringing up the exact same objection a third time that had already been addressed twice in the case is FRIVOLOUS! Trump's BRILLIANT lawyer Chris Kise needs to go back to Florida and take some law lessons!

A quote from page 20 in the ruliing "As Chico Marx, playing Chicolini, says to Margaret Dumont, playing Mrs. Gloris Teasdale, in "Duck Soup, " "well, who ya gonna believe, me or your own eyes?" Judge Engoron believed his own eyes, not Trump's lies.

My landlord and countless other NYC building owners are exploiting the system to enrich themselves.
This is enabling the housing crisis.
Uses fake LLC’s
Uses LLC’s without filing biennial statements
Has no C of O on most buildings because of all the violations
Receives tax abatements he’s ineligible for
He owns hotels but doesn’t pay tax for H2 building
He’s been doing this for 50 yrs
He’s not alone

It is normal for a contracts of large loans to have clauses that enable the lender to call in the loan and apply a higher interest rate and require further security on an adverse event. This will be damaging to Trump possibly as much as the potential fine.

Make him pay, like any average citizen would have to. Seize his properties and never allow him to do business again. He’s a fraud, cheat, liar and more .

I love how Letitia James short-circuited Trump's attempt to move all of his Trump Organization assets to a new company he set up. James had an overseer get control of that immediately. Now she has Trump by the short hairs and will be pulling them out 1 hair at a time, and ever so slowly!
