Allen Kagina, the Executive Director of the Uganda National Roads Authority, has said they are considering the relocation of some people who are directly affected by the ongoing construction of Kakumiro-Buhimba-Nalweeyo road as well as speeding up the compensation process for those who haven't received their compensation packages for giving up their land for road construction.
