You buy a Nintendo Switch for Nintendo Games which are awesome on the console. The only reason I can see buying the switch version is if you really want a portable version. Other than the graphics downgrade I assume all of the physics are exactly the same. This why I have both a switch and an Xbox Series X. Different consoles for different games.

Honestly, the Switch version is nostalgic. I think if you approach games like that with it, it'll be fine. The problem is the pricing.

I wouldn't say it looks too terrible for a late gen game, but i'd def not pay full price for it either.

I bet they would have put more effort in a ps3 version than the switch and the switch is way powerful than ps3.

Oh god, there are no shadows... it would improve the game quite a lot, trust me.

Switch looks okay but it needs better shadow distance. They pop out immediately and it makes it look awful.

You don't even need to compare them to understand. The performance and price are different. If the Switch were the same as the PS5, then there'd be no need for the PS5 at all.
