how can I set the identity razor pages layout to my website's layout in the client side project?? the server side project is auto generating library files like bootstrap etc. when publishing the project but I have my own libraries so I don't want to duplicate these files.. And need Login page to be inside my blazor layout without duplicating code.

When I create the Blazor WebAssemblyApp project the section "change" is disabled under the Authentication section.
Why ?
I have .NET core 3.1
