😭😭Guys, sorry for the sound quality on this video. Mixing was done on a different pair of headphones and we had extreme issues with background noise from a building project outside.. A new version with improved sound has been posted!

The stack... those were the days! Nostalgia is addictive and can cost a fortune. I have too much vintage hi-fi. The Eighties were bright, glitzy and fun! We need Doc Brown and his DeLorean. Great video.

I bought my first hi-fi system 1991 and it was a Denon stack with a Thorens turntable, Boston Acoustics speakers and Stax head phones.

I also bought my first HiFi in 1985. It was a stacked Technics system similar to that Demon.

I grew in the 80s too. Countless K7s I've recorded from FM on a teac deck. Great video, thanks!!!

As someone born 20 years after this equipment came out it's pretty interesting to see how far we've come since then. Glad to be born when I was cause this shit is so much cheaper to get into now

God I have made loads of Tapes with a load of funk and soul music back then. Love the music in this video. However I mostly play Records/LP's still to this day as they have superior sound compared to CD and Digital

Very curious how the difference is with the EQ in place with everything in neutral versus bypass it..!

Even technics and kenwood had great kit in the 80s

This could be fun. På en måde noget mere charmerende end todays hifi som er blevet så overdrevet på mange punkter. En god indspilning uden loudness war og så en eq så har du måske musikglæden vi får se hvad i finder ud af.

You need to look at that price converting your doing....it's way off, the price is more like one third of your claimed price😢 especially in Denmark, with Denon being dealt exclusivly in Hi-fi Klubben...

I used to own that DE-70 EQ. One of the best units made at the time!
