Chicken Alfredo Stuffed Shells

This how i changed it up
stuffing:
4 thighs shredded
1 15 oz ricotta cheese
1 8oz cream cheese
1 cup parm
1 seeded Jalepeño
4 green onions
2 tablespoons parsley
seasonings
alfredo sauce:
1 stick butter
3 cloves garlic minced
16oz heavy cream
1 tbsp parsley
4 drops hot sauce
1 teaspoon italian seasoning
1 cup parm
