EASY BEGINNER SEWING PROJECT - Making a Lined Tote Bag 🧵

I’m still learning the basics of sewing, so this simple lined tote bag is the perfect project for me.
I used cotton canvas for the outer material and thin cotton for the inner lining to make a nice sturdy bag that will get plenty of use.

You can follow along to make your own bag or just watch to learn more about the steps of sewing, such as how to set up your sewing machine for a different material and adjusting your sewing machine tension if the thread is too slack.

To make your own tote bag you will need:

2 x outer material (40cm x 40cm)
2 x lining material (40cm x 40cm)
2 x handle material (60cm x 10cm)
