For me: Michael Brandon, because not only he’s a nostalgic narrator, but also a tough one too, like voicing Hector the Horrid in his debut episode.

The fact we’re voting for Brandon (minus @TheHistorian2003) goes to show how much we’re able to dodge around his stupid-ass character voices. But, here’s my pick reasons for both of ‘em:
Angelis for having the longest participation in the show (& outside, including audio-books, premieres (like Hero of the Rails), and more). Seasons 3 - 16, to be precise.
Brandon, because, when I was younger, & living in the States, I watched THOSE dubs of the Nitrogen era, via episode compilations on YouTube. He was the voice of my childhood.
