the easiest way how to get potato graphics is get yourself a potato and plug in your pc lol

I get cloud download failure and tried most things I can think of and watched 5 diffrent yt videos on solution but nothing have worked so far, u have any tips to fix this? becuase I cant change settings and each time i restart the game its back to the old settings so have to manually do every single setting each time i launch the game. Is there a solution to this?
