Показать описание
Welcome to BizBaby channel, my name is Sergey Patrikeev. In the past i’ve built multiple projects, some were B2C and some were B2B. There are some interesting differences and depending on your strengths, you might prefer working on one type vs the other.
Let’s talk business!
Intro Video
What is B2B?
Business to Business. Means your business mainly focuses on business customers/clients. Business clients are usually represented by a business owner if it's a small business, or by a manager of a specific department in a larger business.
They would enquire about the possibility to work with your company and will usually have a business contract in place that includes terms of partnership, such as prices, how long, who will be in charge of them as an account and separate liabilities for 2 businesses in case things go wrong and what is actually considered wrong.
What is B2C?
Business to Consumer, means that your business focuses on individual customers. Usually walk-in customers or private individuals or website users. They pay just for themselves and pay-as-you-go.
They would not have special terms or contracts, and would go by your website terms and conditions by default or your retail store shopping guide or service policies. Nothing would keep them using your service/product, but their personal preference.
